What Happens When You Opt Out

When you submit an opt-out request:

• Your information will be added to our global suppression list
• We will no longer return your data in any enrichment results
• We will notify our data providers of your opt-out request where possible
• This applies to B2B professional data only (work email, work phone, LinkedIn profile, job title)

Important: This opt-out applies to Build Your Data's services only. You may need to submit separate requests to other data providers if you wish to be removed from their databases.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of any data we hold about you
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data from our systems
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Object: Object to processing of your data for direct marketing

Processing Time

We aim to process all opt-out requests within 30 days as required by GDPR. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed. If you don't receive confirmation within 30 days, please contact us at optout@buildyourdata.com.
